Return and Refund Policy
For purchases of our products made other than via paradiseskin.com, consult with the retailer where you purchased the product about their return policy. We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased through our website paradiseskin.com, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
PARADISE SKIN will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without a return approval will not be accepted. Your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition that you received it, in it’s original packaging
- Products must be sent back within 30 days from original receipt of goods
- Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify via email that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval and rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be automatically refunded and processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, and 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
